Keelung is a port city located to the north of Taipei. We traveled to Keelung by car but several bus companies provide service toward this port city. This city is also the second largest port city after Kaohsiung. If you do not have a car you can take a Bus or Train from the Taipei Main Station. If you are interested in historical sites you can tour many of the forts that were built in Keelung
